Each year in November, the Board of Directors establishes the fee structure for the following year. These fees may change depending upon the financial needs of the Corporation. The Board of Directors has established the fee structure for the year 2024.  

Property Transfer Fee

Upon transfer of the title of any property located within the Elkins Lake subdivision, a transfer fee is charged to the new property owner. This fee is collected at closing.

Maintenance Fee

Gold card membership is mandatory for homeowners, optional for vacant lot owners. Gold Card members are not charged for use of recreational facilities.  Green card membership is mandatory for lot owners.  Green card members pay reduced golf green fees, and are entitled to use of all other recreational facilities for no charge.

User Fees

• Trail Fees – Members who own their own golf carts must pay a trail fee. The trail fee is billed annually in March for the calendar year January through December. The Club has specifications of what type golf cart may be used.

• Green Fees – Gold card members do not pay green fees. Green card members do pay discounted green fees. Members' guests also pay a green fee.

• Golf Cart Rental – The Club maintains golf carts for rental that are available to any golfer with a valid driver’s license.

• Swimming Pools – There is no charge for a member's use of the pools. 

• Tennis – There is no charge for members’ use of the tennis courts. 

• Lakes – There is no charge for boating or fishing on the lakes. However, all boats must be registered by Elkins Lake before they can be used on the lakes. Boat motors may not exceed 6 hp. Catch and release may be in effect. Swimming is prohibited in the lakes.
